Healthy eating doesn’t get much easier than this. Just mix these few ingredients together before bed and you are all set for the next day. Bonus is this is a cleansing recipe, hydrating, nutrient rich and chock full of fiber. Oh, and did I mention delicious???
Banana-Lemon Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp chia seeds
½ cup plant-based milk
½ banana, chopped
1 organic lemon, jested & juiced
½ tsp cinnamon
Dash salt
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a jar and store in fridge for one hour or overnight (my preference for convenience). In the morning, top with soaked goji berries, blueberries, sliced bananas and lemon zest.
